REQUIREMENTS
? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (CIPD qualification preferred).
? At least 4 years experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist (UAE experience required)
? Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken)
? Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and HR best practices
? Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
? Experience handling recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
? Organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
