We're Hiring: HR Manager
Are you a strategic HR leader passionate about shaping workplace culture and driving growth? Mashriq Elite is looking for an HR Manager to lead all HR functions and create an exceptional employee experience.
What you'll do:
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and development initiatives.
Partner with leadership to shape HR strategy and workforce planning.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
What we're looking for:
5+ years HR management experience (Real estate experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and organizational development
Excellent leadership, communication, and people skills
Arabic / Urdu speaker - preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
