Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes
Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and career development
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HR best practices
Design and execute training and development programs
Maintain HR records and manage HRIS systems
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of HR experience, preferably in real estate or related industries
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR regulations
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
