We are expanding and seeking a real estate experienced

HR Manager & Operations Head

to lead our HR function and handle company-wide operations.

Key Responsibilities Human Resources:

Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and strategic HR initiatives. End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding & documentation. Manage employee records, contracts, visa processes, and compliance with UAE labor laws. Lead performance evaluations, KPIs, and employee engagement activities. Address employee concerns, resolve disputes, and manage disciplinary actions.

Operations Management:

Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments. Coordinate with sales, admin, and marketing teams to improve operational efficiency. Vendor management, procurement, and asset/equipment allocation (laptops, CRM access, etc.). Analyze operational KPIs and submit reports to management. Optimize internal processes to support company growth and productivity.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in HR & Operations management in real estate. Bachelor's/Master's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, HR documentation, and visa processes. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Ability to handle high-pressure situations, multitask, and meet deadlines.
