This role requires strong experience in high-volume recruitment, process optimization, and aligning HR strategies with the company's aggressive growth objectives.

Design and implement cost-effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, campus recruitment, walk-ins, and employee referrals.
Coordinate large-scale recruitment events and collaborate with manpower agencies.
Manage end-to-end hiring process -- shortlisting, scheduling, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for ongoing and future projects.
2. Workforce Planning
Partner with business heads to understand manpower requirements for projects and sales campaigns.
Forecast staffing needs and deploy manpower accordingly to ensure timely project execution.
Maintain dashboards and MIS reports on hiring progress, turnover, and manpower strength.
3. Onboarding & Induction
Streamline onboarding processes for large batches of new hires.
Conduct induction sessions introducing company culture, values, and compliance guidelines.
Ensure proper documentation and HRIS updates.
4. Employee Relations & Retention
Implement retention strategies to reduce attrition in high-turnover roles (sales, telemarketing, field operations).
Maintain open communication channels for grievance handling and employee satisfaction.
Support team engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
5. HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain employee records, contracts, and attendance systems for large teams.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, labor laws, etc.).
Coordinate with payroll and admin teams for smooth HR operations.
6. Training & Performance Support
Identify training needs for newly hired employees, especially in sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer handling.
Support line managers in setting KPIs and tracking performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
5-8 years of HR experience, with at least
3 years in bulk or volume hiring
(preferably in
real estate, BFSI, or telecom
, sectors).
Proven expertise in managing large-scale recruitment and high-turnover roles.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in HRMS tools, Excel, and data analytics.
