Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and employee welfare.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company goals.
Drive employee performance improvement initiatives and establish KPI-based performance tracking across departments.
Oversee visa processing, renewals, and compliance with UAE labor laws.
Support management with manpower planning, organizational structure, and succession planning.
Manage employee engagement, retention, and training programs.
Supervise office administration, facilities management, and procurement activities.
Analyze HR data and prepare reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Work closely with department heads to improve overall company performance and efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in the UAE, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of UAE labor law, visa processes, and HR best practices.
Proven track record in driving performance and organizational development.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Tech-savvy and proficient in HR systems, Excel, and reporting tools.
Self-motivated, analytical, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
