Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with UAE regulations.
Handle payroll preparation, leave management, and attendance tracking.
Coordinate with PRO for visa processing, renewals, and other government relations.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Support performance management and employee relations activities.
Assist management with HR reports, updates, and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of HR experience in the UAE (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and visa procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
