Role Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and strategic HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in HR or recruitment, with a strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and UAE labor laws. This role focuses on employee orientation, benefits administration, compensation, rewards, and conflict resolution, with opportunities to develop and refine HR systems and strategies that support our growing team.

Objectives of this Role

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and values.

Foster a positive and engaging work culture that encourages teamwork, performance, and growth.

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training to ensure a smooth employee experience.

Ensure legal compliance and maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE labor regulations.

Support management in workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning.

Continuously assess and improve HR systems, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.

Develop and maintain compensation structures, benefits, and reward programs.

Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures professionally.

Maintain accurate HR records and reports for management review.

Conduct performance reviews and support managers in employee development initiatives.

Lead HR projects such as policy updates, employee engagement programs, and culture-building initiatives.

Partner with department heads to identify training needs and organize development programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).

5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, events, or related industries.

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.

High emotional intelligence, integrity, and problem-solving ability.
