Hiring: HR Manager - Healthcare Industry | Dubai, UAE
We are looking for an experienced
HR Manager
to join our team in Dubai.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in all aspects of HR operations, employee relations, and UAE labor law compliance.
Requirements:
3-5 years of HR experience in the UAE Previous experience in the
healthcare industry
ispreferred
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsResponsibilities:
Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee relations Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies Support management with HR strategy and workforce planning
