Hr Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resource operations for our organization based in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, modern HR practices, and proven leadership in managing diverse teams across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:



1. HR Operations & Compliance



Manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, performance management, and offboarding.

Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws, immigration policies, and applicable free zone regulations.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation in line with legal standards.

2. Recruitment & Talent Management



Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Collaborate with department heads to define hiring needs and conduct structured interviews.

Ensure a seamless onboarding and induction process for new hires.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement



Serve as the main point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.

Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

4. Payroll & Benefits Administration



Oversee timely and accurate payroll processing in coordination with the finance team.

Manage employee benefits, including leave entitlements, insurance, and end-of-service benefits in compliance with UAE labor laws.

5. Policy Development & Implementation



Develop, implement, and regularly review HR policies and SOPs to ensure alignment with UAE regulations.

Monitor compliance and recommend policy improvements as needed.

6. Performance Management



Design and implement performance appraisal systems.

Support department managers with performance reviews, KPIs, and employee development plans.

Requirements

:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of HR management experience in the UAE. Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, visa processes, and HR compliance requirements. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
