Are you a proactive HR professional with strong recruitment expertise and experience in managing HR operations? We are looking for an HR Manager to lead our talent acquisition and drive HR initiatives for our expanding team!

What You'll Do

Oversee the entire recruitment and hiring process, from creating job descriptions to interviewing candidates. Develop and implement onboarding processes for new employees. Conduct exit interviews with departing employees. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall business goals. Create and update company policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. Plan and manage the HR department budget. Serve as a bridge between management and employees and manage employee relations. Handle conflict resolution, employee grievances, and disciplinary actions. Develop and implement programs to improve employee morale and engagement. Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions (especially Site, Factory & Skilled Trade roles). Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various hiring platforms and networks. Manage onboarding, induction, visa processing, and employee documentation. Coordinate with management and department heads to understand manpower requirements. Maintain HR records, joining formalities, and compliance documentation. Monitor attendance, leave management, and employee discipline. Support payroll coordination and HR policy implementation. Address employee grievances professionally and maintain a positive work culture.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration or relevant field.

Minimum 2-4 years UAE experience in recruitment and HR operations

(Fit-out / Joinery industry experience preferred). Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Laws, visa processing & HR documentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple HR tasks efficiently. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR documentation systems.
