Sandcastle Properties L.L.C. is a leading real estate company in Dubai, specializing in property sales, leasing, and investment advisory. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
HR Manager
to oversee all human resources operations and ensure the company's HR strategies align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems in line with UAE Labour Law and company standards.
Lead recruitment campaigns for real estate agents, administrative staff, and management roles.
Maintain accurate employee records, visa documentation, and coordinate with PRO for renewals and cancellations.
Oversee attendance, leave management, and performance evaluations.
Conduct employee engagement programs, training sessions, and internal communication initiatives.
Handle disciplinary actions, grievance procedures, and ensure a positive and professional work environment.
Collaborate with management to develop strategies for staff retention and productivity improvement.
Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee data.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
Minimum
4-6 years of HR experience
, with at least
2 years in the UAE real estate sector
.
Strong understanding of
UAE Labour Law
and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
