Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Management:
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Partner with leadership to forecast workforce needs and succession planning.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
Collaborate with department heads to identify talent gaps and role requirements.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, conflict resolution, and workplace issues.
Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
Performance Management:
Develop and oversee performance appraisal systems to enhance productivity and growth.
Coach managers and employees through feedback processes and performance improvement plans.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure company compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and internal policies.
Handle investigations and resolutions related to workplace issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions.
Learning & Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
Promote continuous learning and career growth opportunities.
HR Metrics & Reporting:
Maintain HR data systems and generate reports on turnover, recruitment metrics, employee satisfaction, etc.
Analyze HR trends and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum 4 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a Real Estate Company management role.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations.
Experience with HR software and systems
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
