We are urgently seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and energetic individual to join our team as an

HR Manager

. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, go-getter, highly organized, and results-oriented, with a sharp attention to detail and a passion for driving HR excellence.

Job Qualifications

Minimum

5 years of UAE/GCC experience

in a similar HR role Prior HR management experience within a manufacturing company is essential

Expertise in talent acquisition, hiring, and employee retention strategies*
Proven experience in overseas manpower sourcing In-depth knowledge of comprehensive HR processes and UAE Labor Laws

Skilled in recruiting and managing blue-collar workers*
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills aligned with HR objectives. Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in professional settings. Demonstrates strong time management and organizational capabilities to enhance HR operations. Maintains high attention to detail, particularly when managing confidential HR matters. Effectively works under pressure to consistently meet tight deadlines. Proactively implements strategies to boost employee motivation and engagement.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources or Administration At least 5 years of experience in a managerial HR role in the UAE/GCC
