Role Overview



We are seeking an experienced

HR Manager

with a strong background across industries including

retail, real estate

,

services and corporate functions

. The role will lead HR operations, talent management, and compliance, ensuring alignment of people strategies with business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning across retail and corporate teams. Ensure compliance with

UAE labour law

and other regulations. Lead employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures. Drive performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives. Oversee payroll, compensation, benefits, and visa processing. Design training and development programs to upskill staff and build leadership capabilities.

Qualifications



Master's degree in HR or Business Administration (CIPD preferred). 10-12 years' HR experience, including

5 years in the retail/real estate, services sector

in the UAE. Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR compliance. Proven ability to manage diverse workforces (frontline & corporate). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
