Job Description
Apeiron Accounting & Tax Consultant LLC is expanding, and we're looking for a skilled HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function and support our growing team.

We are specifically looking for candidates with 4+ years of UAE experience as an HR Manager.
Admin or Admin Manager profiles will not be considered kindly do not apply if your experience does not align with this requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and policy development
Drive strong employee engagement and build a positive work culture
Plan and execute monthly training sessions for relevant departments
Host weekly or monthly employee engagement activities to improve morale and collaboration
Ensure strict compliance with UAE Labour Laws and internal HR policies
Manage employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
Oversee payroll, benefits, and HR operations effectively
Develop and implement strategies for employee retention and growth
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of UAE experience as an HR Manager (mandatory)
Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Excellent knowledge of UAE labour laws
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Proven track record in recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement
