Job Qualifications

Minimum

5 years of UAE/GCC experience

in a similar HR role Prior HR management experience within a manufacturing company is essential

Expertise in talent acquisition, hiring, and employee retention strategies*
Proven experience in overseas manpower sourcing In-depth knowledge of comprehensive HR processes and UAE Labor Laws

Skilled in recruiting and managing blue-collar workers*
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills aligned with HR objectives Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools Excellent verbal and written communication skills in professional settings Strong time management and organizational capabilities High attention to detail, especially when handling confidential HR matters Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Proactive in implementing employee motivation and engagement strategies

Education

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources or Administration At least 5 years of experience in a managerial HR role in the UAE/GCC
