We are seeking an HR Manager to lead all aspects of human resources and staff management across our veterinary clinics in Dubai. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, payroll, SOP development, employee relations, and offboarding, ensuring full compliance with UAE labor law and supporting the smooth growth of our organization.
Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage full recruitment cycle for veterinarians, veterinary nurses, pet groomers, receptionists, and support staff.
Post jobs on online platforms .
Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and check references.
Handle licensing verification with MOCCAE and Dubai Municipality.
Onboarding & Training
Prepare job offers, contracts, and employment visas.
Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs.
Monitor probation periods and conduct structured performance reviews.
Arrange continuous professional development (CPD) workshops.
Payroll & Compensation
Calculate monthly payroll, overtime, compensations, and deductions.
Ensure accuracy in salary payments, leave encashments, and allowances.
Work with finance/accounting teams to align payroll with clinic budgets.
Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee records.
Employee Relations & Compliance
Develop and implement HR policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for clinics.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor law, visa regulations, and health & safety standards.
Handle disciplinary issues, grievances, and conflict resolution fairly.
Oversee attendance, leave tracking, and timekeeping systems.
Offboarding & Exit Procedures
Manage resignation and termination processes smoothly.
Calculate end-of-service benefits, gratuity, and final settlements.
Conduct exit interviews and ensure handover of clinical cases.
Prepare clearance and release documentation.
HR Strategy & Support
Advise management on staffing needs, compensation policies, and retention strategies.
Implement HR systems to support clinic operations and expansion.
Build a positive workplace culture emphasizing professionalism and teamwork.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or HR certification preferred).
5+ years of HR experience in the UAE (healthcare, veterinary, medical, or hospitality preferred).
Proven experience in payroll management and policy implementation.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, visas, and end-of-service calculations.
Excellent organizational, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
