The HR Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing human resources policies and practices that support the company's strategic objectives. This role ensures compliance with labor laws, drives talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and builds a strong organizational culture within the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business goals.
Lead recruitment and selection for real estate roles (sales, back office, etc.).
Manage onboarding, orientation, and employee lifecycle processes.
Oversee performance management and appraisal systems.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions in line with labor law.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and other applicable regulations.
Manage payroll, benefits, and HR records accurately and confidentially.
Support workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.
Drive employee engagement, recognition, and retention programs.
Partner with management to foster a positive and performance-driven culture.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Professional HR certifications (CHRM, CHRP) are an advantage.
5-7 years of HR management experience.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
Experience in recruiting for sales, and real estate support roles.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
