Job Description

We are seeking experienced HR MANAGER with a strong Background in The real estate sector to lead our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing HR strategy tailored to the dynamic of real estate business, from recruitment to employee development.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee full-cycle HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention. Develop HR policies, systems, and processes aligned with real estate business needs. Manage performance evaluation. training, and development programs. Ensure compliance with UAE labor Laws and industry-specific requirements. Support senior management with workflow planning an organizational development.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Bachelor's / Master Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2 Year's of HR management experience. Strong Knowledge of UAE labor Laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage recruitment for sales, Leasing, and Real estate support role.
