: HR Manager - Real Estate Division (Dubai)Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive
HR Manager
to establish and lead the human resources function for our newly launched real estate company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in setting up HR systems, policies, and processes while driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance with UAE labor laws. This position requires strong leadership, organizational development expertise, and experience within the real estate or property sector.
Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Policies
Develop and implement HR policies, employee handbooks, and procedures aligned with UAE labor laws and company objectives.
Establish HR infrastructure, including performance management systems, compensation structures, and employee engagement frameworks.
Support leadership in building a positive organizational culture for a growing real estate workforce.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Design recruitment strategies to hire real estate professionals (agents, sales managers, marketing, and admin staff).
Partner with department heads to identify manpower needs and create job descriptions.
Conduct interviews, onboarding, and training programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
Employee Relations & Development
Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary matters.
Design training programs focused on sales performance, customer service, and compliance.
Drive initiatives to boost employee motivation, retention, and professional growth.
Compensation & Compliance
Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and incentive structures tailored for real estate professionals.
Ensure compliance with MOHRE, RERA, and other applicable UAE labor regulations.
Manage employee contracts, visa processing, and renewals in coordination with PRO services.
HR Analytics & Reporting
Maintain HR records, personnel files, and HRMS systems.
Provide monthly HR dashboards to management, covering recruitment, attrition, and workforce performance.
Support leadership in strategic decisions by providing insights on talent trends and workforce productivity.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/HR certification preferred).
Minimum
5-7 years of HR experience
, ideally with exposure to real estate, construction, or property management.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, HR compliance, and RERA-related requirements.
Proven experience in setting up HR functions for startups or new business entities is an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with multicultural teams.
