Job Qualifications
5 years of UAE/GCC experience in a similar HR role.* Experience in a similar HR role within a manufacturing company.
Expertise in hiring, talent acquisition, and employee retention strategies.
Experienced in sourcing manpower from overseas.
Thorough knowledge of comprehensive HR activities and processes.
Comprehensive understanding of UAE Labor Laws.
Skilled in recruiting, handling, and managing skilled blue-collar workers.
Demonstrated strong negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and support HR objectives.
Proficient in MS Office and various HR software tools to streamline HR functions.
Exhibited excellent verbal and written communication skills in professional settings.
Applied strong time management skills to meet multiple HR-related deadlines.
Utilized strong organizational skills to manage employee records and HR tasks efficiently.
Maintained high attention to detail in handling sensitive employee information and processes.
Performed well under pressure, consistently meeting tight HR deadlines.
Took initiative to implement strategies that enhance employee motivation and engagement.
Education
Bachelor's / Masters Degree in HR / Admin
At least 5 years of UAE / GCC Experience as Manager
