Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Manager to oversee our human resources function and align people strategy with business growth. The ideal candidate will bring proven HR expertise in the UAE's financial services industry and contribute directly to organizational development, operational excellence, and talent growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment, ensuring the right talent is attracted, evaluated, and onboarded. Design and deliver training & development programs to enhance employee skills and build leadership pipelines. Manage performance management frameworks, ensuring accountability and productivity across teams. Oversee budgeting, payroll, and attendance systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and cost efficiency. Partner with leadership on HR strategy to support business expansion and employee engagement. Liaise with the PRO to streamline documentation, labor contracts, visa processes, and compliance with UAE labor law. Leverage industry knowledge to ideate and support lead-generation initiatives, aligning HR efforts with business growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications preferred. 3 - 4years of HR management experience, with at least 2 years in the UAE financial services industry. Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, payroll management, and HR systems. Proven success in recruitment, training, performance management, and employee engagement. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Strategic mindset with ability to align HR practices with business growth.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
