Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives of a real estate organization Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top talent in real estate, sales, and project teams Maintain compliance with labor laws and industry regulations Design and manage performance appraisal systems Lead training and development programs, especially for sales and field staff Drive employee engagement and strengthen organizational culture Handle employee relations and conflict resolution effectively Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and leave policies Support leadership with workforce planning and succession strategies

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in the

real estate or construction

sector Strong understanding of real estate team structures (sales, leasing, site operations, legal, etc.) Excellent knowledge of labor law, HR best practices, and HR systems Proven leadership and team management capabilities Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Preferred:

Experience with HRMS/HRIS software Familiarity with real estate sales commission structures Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
