We are urgently looking for a Dynamic, Highly motivated & Energetic individual to join our team as
HR Manager
. Candidates should be self starters, Go-getters, strongly organized, with attention to detail and result oriented.Job Qualifications
5 years of UAE/GCC experience in a similar HR role.*
Experience working in a similar position within a manufacturing company. Expertise in hiring, talent acquisition, and employee retention. Experienced in sourcing manpower from overseas. Thorough knowledge of complete HR activities and processes. Comprehensive understanding of UAE Labor Laws. Strong skills in recruiting, handling, and managing skilled blue-collar workers.*
Demonstrated strong negotiation skills. Proficient in MS office and other HR softwares Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills Excellent time management skills Strong organizational skills Must be Attentive to every detail The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines Skills of taking initiatives to keep employees motivated
Education
Bachelor's / Masters Degree in HR / Admin At least 5 years of UAE / GCC Experience as Manager
