Take charge of the full recruitment process - from finding the right talent to welcoming them on board.
Keep employee files, records, and HR systems up to date and compliant with UAE labor laws.
Help create and implement clear HR policies that support both the company and employees.
Arrange training and workshops to help employees grow in their roles and careers.
Manage payroll, attendance, and leave requests in a smooth and timely way.
Support the team with employee relations by listening, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.
Assist managers during performance reviews and provide tools for fair feedback.
Work closely with PROs for visas, contracts, and all government-related processes.
Plan small events, gatherings, or activities that keep the team motivated and engaged.
Prepare HR reports and share insights with management for better decision-making.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of HR experience (experience in
real estate or construction
is a big plus).
Familiar with UAE labor laws and HR processes.
Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee support.
Strong communication and people skills -- able to build trust with employees at all levels.
Organized, detail-oriented, and good at solving problems.
Comfortable with MS Office and HR software systems.
Professional, discreet, and respectful when handling sensitive matters.
Certifications like CIPD or SHRM are a plus, but not a must.
