The Role

Position Title:

HR Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Sharjah, UAE About the Client: A UAE-based company and one of the largest paint manufacturers in the Middle East, offering a wide range of decorative, industrial, marine, powder, and eco-friendly coatings. : -Lead all HR functions including recruitment, compliance, employee/labor relations, staff development, and equal opportunity, ensuring the right balance of skills and experience to achieve business goals. -Manage HR budgeting, update HR manuals/handbooks, and provide strategic advice on HR policies, procedures, and organizational objectives. -Oversee recruitment cycles, employee relations, compliance with labor laws, performance management, payroll, compensation/benefits, training & development, and HR record-keeping. -Align HR practices with company objectives, enhance employee engagement and retention, ensure legal compliance, and collaborate with management to support organizational growth.



Requirements

Qualifications:

-Male, 30 years old and above -Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is an advantage). -Minimum 7 of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role), preferably organization whose size is 1000+ -Experience in managing compliance with UAE labor laws (or local jurisdiction as applicable) How to Apply: Send your CV in word format to: HRJOBZ2020 AT GMAIL DOT COM and use "HR Manager - Paints" as email subject.
