We are a leading real estate company committed to delivering excellence in property development and client services. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Human Resource Manager to join our team and lead the HR function.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
Oversee payroll, benefits, and compensation planning.
Design and execute employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Maintain HR records and ensure accurate reporting.
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Human Resource Management.
At least 3 years of experience in the Real Estate industry (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
