EVS (Electric Vehicle Services) is the UAE's first dedicated electric vehicle service center, established in 2020. With branches across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Ajman, and Al Ain, EVS provides comprehensive EV care, from diagnostics and battery repairs to bodywork, software updates, and roadside support.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
HR Manager
to lead HR operations across multiple EVS branches. The ideal candidate will have
5-7 years of HR management experience
, preferably in the
automotive or service industry
, with strong knowledge of
UAE labor laws
and hands-on expertise in
Odoo HR modules
.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the full HR lifecycle using
Odoo HRMS
(recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll).
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with UAE labor laws.
Manage recruitment processes, ensuring timely hiring for branch requirements.
Lead performance management, employee engagement, and development programs.
Administer compensation, payroll, and employee benefits.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
Coordinate with PRO/government bodies for visa, work permit, and other compliance requirements.
Generate HR reports and analytics to support management decisions.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
Professional HR certifications such as
CIPD, SHRM, or CHRP
(preferred for UAE market credibility).
5-7 years of progressive HR management experience in the UAE
, with a strong preference for candidates from the
automotive, manufacturing, or service industries
.
In-depth knowledge of UAE Labor Law, MOL (Ministry of Labour) regulations, and free zone requirements
.
Hands-on experience with
Odoo HR modules
(mandatory).
Proficiency in additional HR and ERP software such as
SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Bayzat, or Zoho People
.
Proven track record in
talent acquisition, payroll, employee relations, and visa/work permit processing
in the UAE.
Strong understanding of
end-to-end PRO coordination
for immigration, visa, and labor documentation.
Excellent communication skills in
English
(Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an added advantage for UAE market diversity).
Ability to lead HR initiatives across
multi-branch operations
and manage a diverse workforce.
