to lead and enhance our human resources functions as we scale up.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

HR Manager

with a minimum of

5 years of experience

in human resources. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and HR policies, programs, and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business strategy. Manage the recruitment and selection process. Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development. Handle performance management and employee evaluations. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations. Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation planning. Address employee relations issues and disciplinary procedures. Foster a positive working environment and culture. Maintain HR records and reports using HR systems. Advise management on human resource best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of HR experience

in a managerial or senior HR role. Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred:

HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is an advantage. Experience in a similar industry or fast-paced company environment.
