HR Manager
who will play a key role in scaling and strengthening our growing team.
Role Overview
As an
HR Manager
, you will be responsible for leading and executing the full recruitment cycle, onboarding, and continuous training of real estate professionals. Your primary focus will be to attract top-tier talent, enhance performance through structured training programs, and ensure a people-first culture aligned with our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Develop and implement hiring strategies to attract top-performing real estate agents, administrative staff, and support roles.
Manage the full recruitment life cycle: job posting, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Build a strong pipeline of candidates through active sourcing, career fairs, social media, and recruitment events.
Collaborate with department heads to forecast manpower needs and fulfill hiring demands.
Training & Development
Design and execute training programs for new joiners covering sales processes, CRM usage, market knowledge, and soft skills.
Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and role-play activities to enhance performance and engagement.
Coordinate with external trainers and developers for certifications or technical product training.
Monitor performance metrics post-training to evaluate effectiveness and revise programs as needed.
HR Operations & Culture
Maintain up-to-date job descriptions, organizational charts, and HR policies in compliance with UAE labor law.
Handle onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, and performance reviews.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that supports employee retention and growth.
Lead internal events, wellness initiatives, and employee engagement programs.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certifications are a plus).
Proven experience in high-volume recruitment and training delivery.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Real estate industry experience is highly preferred.
