Job Summary:
Reporting to the General Manager (Office), the HR Manager will lead HR strategy and execution across the organization, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and UAE labor law.
Responsibilities:
- Implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives under GM guidance.
- Develop talent acquisition, utilization, retention strategies; align workforce to organizational needs.
- Manage full onboarding and exit processes, including handling exit interviews and final settlements.
- Draft and issue employment contracts, appointment letters, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Design and deliver learning & development programs to elevate employee performance.
- Establish career progression frameworks and succession planning.
- Maintain employee records system (both electronic and paper-based).
- Conduct HR administrative tasks efficiently.
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies and UAE Labour Law.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in HR leadership or managerial roles.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
- High integrity, accountability, and knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
- Previous experience in the Oil & Gas industry is desirable.
