Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources department. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to our leadership team, responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, overseeing recruitment and talent management, and ensuring compliance with all labor regulations. This role is essential for maintaining our positive company culture and supporting our continued growth.

HR Manager Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Align HR strategies with business goals and company values.
Talent Acquisition: Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, from attracting candidates to onboarding new hires.
Employee Relations: Handle employee issues, manage conflicts, and promote a positive work culture.
Performance Management: Administer performance reviews, goal setting, and development plans.
Compensation & Benefits: Manage competitive and fair compensation, benefits, and payroll systems.
Training & Development: Identify training needs and create programs to enhance employee skills.
Compliance: Ensure all HR practices adhere to local, state, and federal labor UAE laws.
HRIS Management: Utilize the company's HRIS to manage data and inform decisions.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Experience:

HR : 2 years (Preferred)
Expected Start Date: 11/08/2025
