Develop and implement HR and admin policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Handle employee relations issues and conflicts, including mediation and counselling
Develop and implement training and development programs for employees
Administer benefits and compensation programs, including salary, insurance, and leave policies
Maintain employee records and documentation, including payroll, benefits, and performance evaluations
Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure that the office is well-maintained and clean
Coordinate office events and parties, including planning and budgeting
Process UAE entry permits and visas for employees and contractors
Oversee office management tasks, including vendor management, facility management, and inventory control
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in the same role in the real estate industry, with a minimum of 3 years in the UAE, with experience managing HR and admin functions in organizations with 50 or more employees
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
Experience with ERP systems is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management software
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience processing UAE entry permits and visas
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
