Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and people-focused HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR management within the UAE, with a strong understanding of labor laws, recruitment, employee relations, and HR best practices. Experience in the healthcare or homecare sector is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies.
  • Handle visa processing, employment contracts, and government relations (MOHRE, DHA, HAAD, etc.).
  • Administer employee benefits, payroll coordination, and leave management.
  • Lead training and development initiatives to enhance workforce skills.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
  • Foster a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of UAE experience in HR management (healthcare/homecare preferred).
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE Labor Law & HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, visa processing, and employee relations.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
