Key Responsibilities:Strategic HR Leadership
Develop and implement group-wide HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Partner with senior leadership to support organizational change and drive cultural transformation.
Lead talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning initiatives across manufacturing plants, sales offices, and dealerships.
HR Operations & Compliance
Oversee HR operations including payroll, benefits, HRIS, and compliance with labor laws (e.g., Factories Act, Shops & Establishments Act).
Standardize HR processes and policies across group companies to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Manage disciplinary actions, employee relations, and grievance redressal.
Performance & Talent Management
Drive performance management cycles (KPI/OKR-based), including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback.
Implement training and development programs tailored to technical, sales, and leadership functions in the automobile industry.
Employee Engagement & Culture
Foster a performance-driven and inclusive work culture across diverse units (plant, corporate, and field).
Lead employee engagement programs and measure effectiveness through surveys and feedback mechanisms.
HR Analytics & Reporting
Analyze HR metrics to support decision-making and report key insights to senior management.
Monitor attrition, hiring timelines, and workforce productivity trends.
Requirements:Education:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
10-15 years of progressive HR experience, with
at least 5 years in a leadership HR role in the automobile industry
(OEM, component manufacturing, or dealership groups).
Strong exposure to
multi-location operations
(plants, sales offices, service centers).
Skills & Competencies:
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance relevant to the automotive and manufacturing sectors.
Proficient in HR systems (SAP HR, SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.).
Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and drive results.
