to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring legal compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, shortlisting, interviewing, onboarding).
Oversee employee lifecycle activities including joining, exit, and full & final settlements.
Ensure accurate payroll inputs and coordinate with the finance team for salary disbursement.
Maintain employee records and HR database (digital and physical).
Handle grievance redressal, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Plan and execute employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.
Monitor HR metrics (e.g., retention rates, absenteeism, employee satisfaction).
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Manage performance appraisals and probation review processes.
Handle visa processing, insurance, and other employee documentation if applicable.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3-7 years of proven experience in HR management or similar roles.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws (if applicable to your region).
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software (HRMS/HRIS).
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred:
Experience in IT, E-commerce, or similar fast-paced industries.
Multilingual skills (e.g., English, Hindi) are an advantage.
