Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Management
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational development initiatives.
Collaborate with senior management to forecast talent needs and succession planning.
Recruitment & Onboarding
Oversee full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Ensure hiring practices are consistent, fair, and aligned with company values.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Foster a healthy workplace culture through employee engagement programs.
Address and resolve employee grievances and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
Promote open communication and employee satisfaction.
Performance Management
Design and manage performance evaluation systems.
Support managers in setting KPIs and coaching employees toward achieving performance goals.
Compensation & Benefits
Oversee payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with the finance team.
Regularly evaluate and benchmark compensation packages.
Policy Development & Compliance
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Conduct internal audits and maintain HR records and documentation.
Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
Facilitate leadership development and cross-functional training.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or certification in HR is an advantage).
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar leadership role (minimum 2 years).
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations.
Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
