REALCO Capital Real Estate (part of The Ariana Group) is hiring a proactive and strategic HR Manager to oversee all human resources operations across their diverse business units, including real estate, technical services, cleaning, holiday homes, and luxury car rentals.
This is a full-time role based in Dubai, offering a salary range of AED 5,000 to AED 15,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and align HR strategies across multiple business sectors
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle
- Ensure full compliance with UAE labour laws and visa regulations
- Oversee payroll, leave, attendance, and HR operations
- Manage performance evaluation, employee engagement, and development
- Organize training sessions, workshops, and internal learning initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership to drive organisational growth and change
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience (UAE experience is a plus)
- Strong understanding of UAE labour law and HR systems
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a bonus)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking abilities
