HR MANAGER
We are hiring a Human Resources Manager with a minimum of 10 years of proven HR experience in the UAE. The candidate must possess a complete and well-rounded HR skill set and have a deep understanding of UAE labor laws, strategic HR leadership, and employee engagement.
The HR Manager will play a critical role in aligning human capital with the company's goals, driving organizational effectiveness, and maintaining compliance with all employment regulations in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws, visa processes, and legal requirements.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
Oversee compensation, benefits, and employee welfare programs.
Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and retention initiatives.
Advise senior management on workforce planning and organizational development.
Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and records.
Manage internal investigations, grievances, and disciplinary actions professionally.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of HR experience in the UAE, including team leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR compliance.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven expertise in:
o Talent acquisition and retention
o Performance management systems
o Compensation and benefits structuring
o HR policy development and implementation
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Fluency in English is must, proficiency in Hindi is a strong advantage.
