Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute HR strategies that support a creative, high-performance culture
Lead recruitment efforts to attract diverse, forward-thinking talent across creative, tech, and strategy teams
Champion employee engagement, wellness, and retention initiatives tailored to agency life
Oversee performance management and career development frameworks that inspire growth
Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards while maintaining flexibility for innovation
Collaborate with leadership to shape organizational design and workforce planning
Foster a culture of inclusion, feedback, and continuous learning
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's a plus)
3-5 years of experience in relevant field.
Proven experience in HR leadership, ideally within creative, media, or tech-driven environments
Deep understanding of agency dynamics, project-based staffing, and freelance management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a flair for creative problem-solving
Proficiency in HRIS tools, data-driven decision-making, and modern talent practices
