Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support site-based workforce.
  • Oversee onboarding & offboarding processes.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and handle labor law updates.
  • Drive employee relations and workforce engagement
  • Implement HR policies across multiple construction projects.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of HR experience in the construction industry (MANDATORY).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law & workforce compliance.
  • Experience managing large site-based teams.
  • Arabic speaking is a plus.
