Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support site-based workforce.
- Oversee onboarding & offboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and handle labor law updates.
- Drive employee relations and workforce engagement
- Implement HR policies across multiple construction projects.
- Minimum 7 years of HR experience in the construction industry (MANDATORY).
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law & workforce compliance.
- Experience managing large site-based teams.
- Arabic speaking is a plus.
