We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

HR Manager

to lead and oversee the full spectrum of Human Resource functions across our diverse group of companies under The Ariana Group, including real estate, technical services, cleaning, holiday homes, and luxury car rentals.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving HR strategy, streamlining processes, and supporting recruitment, performance management, compliance, employee relations, and overall HR operations. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage day-to-day operations while contributing to long-term organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals for multiple business units Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for operational and managerial staff Maintain employee records, contracts, and HRMS systems across all companies Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, visa regulations, and company policies Oversee payroll coordination, leave management, and attendance tracking systems Implement performance evaluation systems and coordinate employee reviews Advise on organizational development, succession planning, and workforce structuring Manage conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and employee engagement programs Coordinate training programs and workshops for staff development Work closely with senior management and department heads across all verticals

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (Master's preferred) 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE, with exposure to multi-industry environments Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills Proficiency in HRMS, Microsoft 365, and attendance systems Ability to multitask across different companies and manage priorities effectively Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
