Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced
HR Manager
with a strong background in thereal estate industry
, particularly inrecruiting and onboarding agents
. This role is essential to supporting our rapid growth and ensuring our team continues to thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.Key Responsibilities:
Lead the
full-cycle recruitment
process with a focus on hiring qualifiedreal estate agents and sales professionals
. Develop and implement effectivetalent acquisition strategies
to support business growth. Manage structuredonboarding programs
to ensure smooth integration of new hires. Foster a positive and engaging company culture that supports performance and retention. Support performance management processes, employee engagement, and development plans. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies. Maintain accurate HR records and manage HR systems and documentation.Preferred:
Experience working in the UAE real estate market. Familiarity with HRIS and recruitment platforms. Bilingual (English + Arabic or another language) is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
