Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance processes.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Administer compensation and benefits programs.
Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
Promote a positive work environment and culture.
Maintain HR records and prepare regular HR reports.
Provide guidance to management and staff on HR policies and procedures.
