Job Description

1.

Recruitment, Onboarding/Off-boarding: (i) Handle the entire recruitment and selection

process, from sourcing to hiring. Collaborate with department managers to understand

the staffing needs and identify suitable candidates. (ii) Handle the entire off-boarding

process. Coordinate with the various departments in regard to the exit clearance, final

settlement, cancellation requirement with relevant government offices, etc.

2.

Performance Management. Implement a periodic review system to evaluate employees' performance based on the pre-defined key performance indicators.

3.

Training & Development. Identify training needs and organize training programs.

4.

Recognition & Retention. Implement recognition program for employee motivation, to improve performance and reduce turnover.

5.

Compensation & Benefits Review. Benchmark employee compensation to ensure competitiveness in the market. Propose retention incentives.

6.

Improve Effectiveness of HR Functions: Propose and execute strategic initiatives to improve the effectiveness of the HR function.

7.

Compliance Review. Ensure that employment and visa processes comply with UAE labor law.

8.

Succession & Career-pathing. Identify key performers and create career path for employees.

9.

Policy Development: Review, update, create HR policies, procedures and organizational structure.

10.

Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, disciplinary actions, support team morale and promote a positive workplace culture.

11.

Employee Records: Ensure to keep and maintain an updated employee records such as

employment contract, residence visa, Emirates ID, passport, medical insurance, memos, etc.

12.

Payroll Related Role: Collect data from the timesheets and other relevant forms about employee attendance, tardiness, overtime work and assist in booking the information in the payroll system. Provide payroll related reports as and when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
