Accurately process starters, leavers and contract variations within the payroll system
Calculate and process payments and deductions in compliance with relevant legislation
Analyse payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
Collating payroll data for processing
Producing HR-related documentation, such as contract amendments, employment references, and long service letters, salary increase and promotion letters.
Ensure accurate Right to Work/Visa evidence has been received and filed accurately and audited for compliance.
Respond to employee queries and providing general HR support
Assisting with the creation of employee communications such as newsletters and publishing on our internal communications app
Ensuring accurate data and record-keeping on the HR and Payroll system.
Audit all employee documents to ensure it is completed and in date and following regulations including, Risk Assessments, Health checklists and DPS.
Supporting HR meetings, including note taking
Coordinate and communicate all engagement activities and people initiative ensuring high engagement
Must have previous experience within a HR role in Dubai
