We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to join a leading Dubai-based real estate company. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to lead and elevate the Human Resources function within a high-performing organization of over 100 employees. Key Responsibilities 1. Leadership & Team Management Lead, mentor, and support a team of 3 HR professionals, fostering continuous development and high performance. 2. HR Strategy & Organizational Culture Shape and drive a positive, high-performing workplace culture aligned with the company's core values and business goals. 3. Policy Development & Compliance Develop, implement, and regularly update HR policies and procedures in accordance with UAE Labour Law and industry best practices. 4. Talent Acquisition & Development Oversee end-to-end recruitment efforts, partnering with department heads to attract and retain top-tier real estate talent. 5. Compensation & Benefits Review, analyze, and benchmark compensation and benefits packages to ensure market competitiveness within the real estate sector. Qualifications: 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. Prior experience in the Dubai real estate sector is essential, ideally within a top-tier real estate organization. Proven track record of leading HR teams and managing the full HR function in companies with 100+ employees. Demonstrated ability to scale HR operations to match organizational growth and evolving business needs.
