Job Description

Responsibilities:Group HR Strategy: Serve as a strategic advisor for the board to develop and implement group-wide HR strategies to optimize organizational design, transformation and workforce planning.Policy & Compliance: Standardize internal HR policies, procedures, and best practices across all business units to ensure business compliance and operational efficiency. Investigate and layout appropriate corrective or disciplinary actions.Local Laws and Regulations:Ensure the company is updated and always in compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations and WPS wage payment requirements.Talent Management: Lead end to end talent recruitment practices, career development, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives and programs.Performance Management: Develop and Implementation of performance management frameworks across all entities in line with business objectives.HR Management System & Reporting: Lead the development and implementation of group wide HRMS systems which manage employee Payroll, KPI, data analytics and reportingRequired SkillsBachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum 810 years of HR experience.Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Laws and MOHRE policiesProficiency in HRMS and MS Office tools
