? Recruitment: Manage end to end recruitment cycle from Drafting Ads, Screening, Interviewing, Shortlisting, Drafting & processing employment offers to and onboard new employees.
? Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, resolve disputes, and promote a positive
work environment.
? Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems and support
managers.
? Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws , maintain employee records as well as employee adherence to HR policies
? Compensation and Benefits: Administer and review compensation and benefits programs.
? Training: Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.
? Policy: Develop and enforce HR policies.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
